Decent hotel, great location, very frinedly staff. The room was below my expectation. Mainly due to a cramped and awkward bathroom and a shower that had a temperature that would nto stay constant. Very professional, bilingual staff and beautifully attractive hotel.

This hotel felt a bit more like a travel lodge than a hotel. It was basically clean, but really did not have a great deal of personality. The staff was largely polite, but did not seem overly interested in us as guests. The pool was a nice size, but perhaps in need of some repairs as some of the vents / grates were rusted and did not encourage me to swim for long. ...read more

The hotel was clean, friendly and the employees were so helpful. They even helped get us hockey tickets.

Never stay in the hotel ever. Gross smell, stains awful service.

Great location at the heart of the Village in Montreal, across the street from the Bus Depot, and right by a metro station. Staff is friendly and helpful.
